The title basically sums up my experience. There were 6 of us dining for lunch. We sat down and ordered drinks. My mother-in-law swapped seats with my wife (we had our reasons to), and when the server came back she ranted about how them moving seats would ruin the bills- how much it was an inconvenience to her. The food... 更多
Large group in the party room. The staff was very friendly & food was very good. Group all enjoyed their food except a couple steaks were very under cooked. Ordered multiple bottles of wine from waiters recommendation & the price reasonable & tasted wonderful.
Group of colleagues (8) met for dinner, unfortunately definitely not the best dining experience in Toronto! The service was slow to start with, and went downhill from there. Problems included the waiter & waitress leaning over us whilst we were eating to (unnecessarily) remove plates that looked finished, even though some clearly weren't, maybe they were in a hurry, but... 更多
I have lived in this area for 25 years, we have come to the Miller for lunch, dinner, birthdays or business. It is just not there! Most attendants are cold but polite, you are made to feel they are doing you a favour. Once sat down, the service is adequate but not great. Food could vary, the salmon burger was... 更多
What a poor experience on a Sunday afternoon. So let's be fair - it was Mother's Day, we were group of 12 and it was a cloudy day. Unfortunately some food had to be returned as it was served cold, we needed to make multiple requests for things like extra plates and butter, and one couple's salad was never delivered.... 更多
I had dinner here this week and was impressed overall by the ambiance, level of service and quality of cuisine. The rib steak was excellent. Full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My friend had the halibut with gnocci and it was quite good as well. The portions are large so I was able to share the rib steak and still... 更多
I have been visiting Miller Tavern for a number of years for a pint, to do some work on my laptop, or to just escape the bustle of the big city. Living well north of Toronto, I sometimes wait out rush our at Miller Tavern instead of being stranded on the highway. Service is excellent, and the crowd tends to... 更多
Had a weekday lunch with a group of friends. The premises is clean and tidy, and the service was efficient. Menu is reasonably diverse but probably a little over-priced for the location. Selections of beers is good and my chicken dish was pretty tasty. Overall, average to good and will certainly go back.
We had the Centre Cut Filet Mignon, as well as the Striploin Steak. Both were perfectly cooked and had great flavour. We will definitely be returning.
