Look, this town is known for brunch, which is a joke. Line-ups abound at every popular location, but that just means Victorians are patient and/or stupid, as the fare does not justify the wait times and costs. Go to Portland or Toronto to see how brunch should be done. Saying that, MoLe has one of the few vegan brunch options;... 更多
So yummy and fresh. Easy to order and eat too much because it is so yummy... On my second visit in my two-day trip to Victoria I learned my lesson and order the chocolate banana bread to go--so that I wasn't so full. Heavenly!
One of the best vegetarian restaurants I've tried in Victoria, they have the meat option also in every dish. International food with a twist. I want to try it all! It is a bit small and because it is always crowded, don't expect it to be a quiet place. A good tip is that if you come alone, sit at... 更多
This place is very popular so be prepared to wait- they send you next door to sit in the coffeeshop and then collect you when the table is ready. Once inside the service is brisk but they don't rush people. Coffee is good and portions are generous. Good eggs, bacon and bread in various combinations.
I think we waited for almost an hour (you can sit in the coffee shop next door and they'll come get you) for a Friday morning brunch over the Christmas holidays. The restaurant is very small and they don't rush you. But oh my, what a great menu! Lots of vegetarian and vegan choices. Lots of choices period from pancakes... 更多
My boyfriend and I went there for brunch two weeks ago on Sunday around noon. We were told that we could wait at the coffee shop on the next door instead of standing outside, but we waited for almost an hour to eat. The atmosphere of the place was not as friendly as the others I went in the town,... 更多
This is a local eatery with limited seating. We arrived late morning and only waited 10 minutes. I had Joe's potato gratin with eggs and a side of lean European bacon. It was a great brunch type meal. The potatoes were tender with a light cheesy flavor that was perfect with the house made hot sauce. The service was prompt... 更多
Intended to go to another restaurant for breakfast but made a happy detour to Mole. We started off with an Americano, rich and creamy, a Chai Tea Latte, not overly sweet, mild chai spice flavor and amazing foam, and Hot Chocolate with extra chocolate. For our meals we had Huevo Rancheros, 1/2 order. It was very delicious, house made corn... 更多
This was our last breakfast destination on this year's visit and definitely the least impressive. The service was a bit disjointed - and the atmosphere more businesslike than friendly. The food was OK - a little average. Note - no WiFi
