The tea wasn't unique as it was store bought but that wasn't the problem it was the decor and food as well the room had the same ceiling as you would find in a classroom and the food was dry.

We had breakfast at the James Bay Tea restaurant which was within walking distance of our hotel. The breakfast was okay from the scones, omelets, toast, juice, etc. It was just all of the flies in the dining area that were a bit off-putting.
We expected old english charm, and there were some quirky features. The china was lovlely and the tea and service excellent. But what let it down completely was the terrible noise.... some kind of modern loud music. Not at all english let alone quiet and restful for tea.
