Amazing service and great selection, all the dishes we order tasted very yummy. All our guests enjoyed it even those who had never tried Indian food before! Definitely check them out :)
I never dined here while I was in Vancouver so I can't say anything about that. I did however, often stop here many times to grab some samosas to go. They are much better than the samosas where I'm from. First of all, they are generously stuffed and bursting with flavor. Love the way the coriander seeds taste in these.... 更多
We visited this place a few months ago and were not overly impressed. This time, however, there was a significant improvement in quality of food.
We're always trying to improve, so I'm thrilled to hear your latest visit was a good one! Hope you'll join... 更多
We did not do the buffet, but ordered Coconut chicken and Chicken Curry, medium spicy, with rice, and naan. It was very good and I would go there again for Indian food. Didn't try the sweets but there were sure a lot of them.
The coconut chicken is one of my favorites, so good choice! Although, you can't go wrong with chicken curry either.... 更多
As I have enjoyed the cuisine in India, the dishes here taste more bland and are the basic quality. The fresh salad was unusual as it had no greens! Raw onions, green peppers, cucumbers and a few other veggies were very refreshing.
We want our dishes to be as authentic as possible, so I'm sorry you haven't been impressed by them. You're... 更多
My wife had the lunch buffet with an addition of chicken curry. The dishes were of mixed quality, with raita being the most notably better than average quality--very creamy. My wife was very disappointed in the chicken curry. I had vegetable samosas, which were served witth a garbanzo side instead of the usual tamarind and mint chutneys. The samosas were... 更多
It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the visit overall, Ken! I wish your dishes had been a more consistent quality... 更多
I went out for dinner with my spouse, daughter and son-in-law on this Saturday evening. It has been awhile since I have eaten East Indian food. My initiation into Indian food is limited to butter chicken, lentils, pakoras, samosa, spicy potato patties (alu tikki). I decided on the buffet since it gave me a chance to try a little of... 更多
I'm happy your daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our buffet, but it's a shame you weren't totally impressed. For over thirty... 更多
This place is owned by Nepalese people. Most traditional Indian dishes are still on the menu, but the taste is not at all authentic. The service is fine, but the food needs improvement. Our friend who had not tasted Indian food before found it amazing, but we could not agree. Sweets are okay.
While I'm glad you enjoyed the service, I'm sorry you weren't impressed with the meal. We actually serve food from... 更多
I usually stop by this restaurant for a meal at the vegetarian Indian buffet. It provides a filling meal that satisfies my cravings for indian food. This is not 'gourmet' but average food that fills you up. The price is very reasonable, and unlike some other buffets I have visited, they are generous with their pappadams and naan bread. The... 更多
Glad you've been enjoying the vegetarian buffet! We can't thank you enough for the kind words, and I hope you'll... 更多
Second time in, both on a Saturday night. The vegetarian buffet is great. This time we tried an add on meat dish...only good, not great. The VB had all the different varieties one could hope for. The Naan was excellent. Only thing I would have liked was maybe a samosa. As I am sure they would be difficult to keep... 更多
