I highly recommend to try this vegetarian buffet. I went there on Saturday brunch with my friends. Something like 100 pesos (if I remember correctly ).
What a find for a healthy lunchtime meal and amazing value for money. 89Mxn for the buffet, which had over 10 hot choices, lots of salads, a soup, an array of desserts, and juice. We returned the following lunchtime and enjoyed it a second time around.
After eating what feels like only meat and tortillas for weeks, this place is a welcome change. The lunchtime buffet is great value at 84 pesos. Good selection of salads, soup, a range of cooked dishes, desserts as well as bread rolls and juice of the day. The restaurant is also housed in atmospheric courtyard building. Staff are friendly and... 更多
La Zanahoria is a good choice for vegetarians or if you want to take a break from meat. I was in town attending the Spanish Institute of Puebla and I think I ate there a little too often. I usually chose the buffet because the salad bar is quite good and the fruit/dessert bar is good as well. The entres... 更多
Are you a vegan or vegetarian and desperate of all the meat dishes served in restaurants alla over Mexico? Well, this is your place! And you don't have to speak Spanish to order or ask what the food is made of, because it's a buffet, so you can see yourself what you eat. And there are not only salads, but... 更多
As a non-meat-eater, I appreciate having choices like this, and an opportunity to try "typical" dishes with meat substitutes. I had a large pina torta here--ham and cheese and pineapple on a big roll. It was fine, obviously not as good as the original would have tasted; the french fries were greasy but pretty good. There are many juice options,... 更多
Excellent food -- easy to see why locals and visitors love this place. The buffet is wonderful, with new variations on traditional Mexican or international food adapted to Puebla. The individual plates are also quite exceptional. It's gourmet vegetarian -- great for vegetarians and meat-eaters taking a break.
I like the buffet, which is generous and varied. But for die-hard vegetarians (which 8 am not) it is a bit disappointing. The attached shop, however, has good breads and organics
went to puebla for a weekend. visited this place three times. quite good food and very good prices mostly. staff wasn't super helpful but it is a rather large place so it is understandable. nice location, near to the main square. would definitely go back next time i am in puebla!
