Biznaga uses the "slow food" phrase as a positive attribute. It is an accurate label--positive attribute not so much. We had dinner for two last week. This place is stunningly designed...high ceiling, thatched roof, feels like you're outside while you're inside. Very adventurous and delicious food. Young, modern, hipper than most of Oaxaca.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Good Mojito's and the jicama appetizer is refreshing. Ambiance is very inviting and the staff is exceptional. A place to go for everyday Mexican food.
