Very good quality Spanish food, excellent service and visiting the building is a must !!! In beautiful and eclectic downtown/Centro Historico Mexico City.
Delicious paella and the meat is clearly one of the best ive tried in Mexico, for Family meetings this place stands, the parking is kinda tricky if you park by yourself and the valet is way too slow. Other than that this restaurant and building are full of history and tales. The location give you the chance of seen many... 更多
This is a most unusual place. Located conveniently between the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zócalo, just off the pedestrianized Madero, it has a most impressive colonial exterior (although actually founded in 1863). There is a permanent collection of art around the ground-floor walls, with a huge painting entitled "Alfonso XIII, King of Spain 1886-1941." Wait a minute, what... 更多
The place is big, crowded, noisy and we did not care. The food and the service make you forget the noise and the crowd. Excellent quality, flavor and service. The food speaks for itself. Just make a reservation in order to avoid long waitings.
This is a lovely and well known place in Mexico City. It is traditional Spanish food well prepared. They have an English language menu but the staff does not speak a word of English, because of this we did not get what we ordered. The building is worth a visit and the experience is memorable, just for non-Spanish speakers be... 更多
The Casino Espanol used to be a club of Spanish immigrants in the late 19 Century and for most of the 20th Century. Now it is open to the public. The building is fantastic, decorated lavishly in the style of the Romatic era, with lots of nostalgia for the pre-war Spanish monarchy. The food is traditional Spanish, adapted or mixed... 更多
I used to go here often. It was great. Sunday comida with musicians and around a courtyard on an upper floor. Historic surroundings to die for. Then they changed something. you can no longer eat on the balcony. You have to eat in the dining room which looks like a cafeteria. The noise level would try Job's patience and so,... 更多
excellent quality food. this is more like a continental restaurant than a mexican (no chips and salsa. instead rolls and butter). ordered sea food soup and paella. both of them were excellent. Paella was a very healthy portion. my brother-in-law ordered steak done at the table. they brought steak strips and hot stone. you have to cook the steak on... 更多
