We went there for breakfast due to some locals recommended. the food is ok but not outstanding. Despite the price is reasonable and the place is average of decoration. Must be cleaner and painted of course. Service is also average, I will not come back definitely
Went there for a late casual dinner because everyone goes on about it. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. But the meet was tough and marinated in processed sauces. The garlic sauce on top seemed to be processed too. The vegetables were boiled to death. The salad contained a tiny bit of iceberg lettuce with heaps of boiled and canned vegetables.... 更多
This tiny little place behind the cathedral is a must. Breakfast lunch or dinner it serves mexican and foreign food. At the base of an old house it uses old 60 and 70 radios as decor. Very nice place . Cash only.
Very interesting decor. Bit of an Aladdin's cave. Nice ,friendly service. Had a thin steak with pepper sauce and timbal of rice with veg assortment. Very tasty.
Truco 7 has something to please everyone, well not so much for vegetarians or vegans who want fresh veggies or salads; canned veggies in the salad :( last time I order one. But you can find everything on the menu, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night snacks and drinks. Truco 7 has expanded a lot in the past 20... 更多
On a day tour of Guanajuato from San Miguel de Allende, we stopped here for lunch and a beer. This is a great restaurant if you love real Mexican food at very reasonable prices. The place has wonderful atmosphere with antique furniture attracting mostly locals. No wonder there is always a line up for this place. Highly recommended!
I had the red chilaquiles for lunch, and my mom had the green ones. Both were great! The decoration reminded me of my grandma's old XIX Century house in Mexico. Our waiter was really nice and always had a smile on his face, even when my younger relatives were being little, obnoxious brats. Prices were reasonable and it's centrally located,... 更多
I can only give this place 3 stars, as my waiter just seemed like he didn't want me there. The food was good, and the service was quick, he just wasn't very friendly and didn't make my experience too special!
Awesome place to try the famous "enchiladas mineras", the place is a time capsule with all kinds of decorative stuff. This is one of the places you should visit while visiting Guanajuato!
Truco 7 is ideally located on a quiet street near the Jardin Union and the Teatro Juarez. The interior is eclectic with old radios perched on shelves on the walls. There is a wide variety of Mexican entrees on the menu. The chicken enchiladas verdes can't be beat - along with a Negro Modelo beer
This restaurant is a favorite with the U of Guanajuato students, so it not only has good food, it's VERY reasonably priced. Especially delicious hot chocolate, turkish coffee and any and all antojitos.
Located around the corner of the Teatro, it's a great restaurant for real Mexican food and antique lovers. Great ambience and mostly filled with locals. Three of us chose the daily menu for 68 pesos each (soup, rice/pasta, entree, and a bottle of beer) and we were very satisfied. No wonder there is always a line up for this place.... 更多
