May 31, 2016 My wife and i tried this for dinner. Gate was chained and padlocked. No sign. We were lucky to catch our cab driver before he got away.
This is a favorite spot of my parents. The food is traditional Mexican. It seems to attract an older crowd but nothing wrong with that. On Tuesdays they have done a 2 for 1 dinner special. After dinner a lot of people take their drinks and walk up to the rooftop deck and watch the sunset.
It was a pleasure having drinks on the roof-top terrace of the traditional PV style hotel Los Cuatro Vientos and dinner in its restaurant Chez Elena. This restaurant is a hidden gem with reasonable prices and view of the entire bay. Photos ops next to the crowned church steeple are no-charge! The hotel and restaurant have been around for decades... 更多
Four of us went on a Friday night for dinner at 7:00pm. It was during Semana Pasqua and I was worried that the place would be packed. Not so. For the first half hour we were the only diners. I ordered my favorite dish on the menu, Conchita Pibli, and enjoyed it very much. It was served with beans, rice... 更多
Two for one dinners on Tuesdays ysually draw a crowd, as does the entertainment, Jorge Acosta. The view from the roof top is spectacular iff you can manage the many flights of stairs. The restaurant is in a verdant garden only one flight up. The chicken mole was uninspired. My husband rated his cochiniti pibal good.
We have enjoyed drinks and dinner at this lovely spot over our last few trips to PV. The service is excellent, the margaritas refreshing and the musician wonderful. The menu is limited but offers a variety of tasty alternatives. The garden is a great location for conversation and dining.
When in PV, one must eat at Chez Elena! It's tucked away in a neighborhood, up a couple flights of stairs, but you will not be disappointed! Everyone was very friendly and the food was excellent! Some of us in our group had steak, some had shrimp and some had an awesome Ossobucco!!! We had a great time with cocktails... 更多
My parents brought me here 20 years ago and now I brought my family! Tucked away up on the hill w the best view of the sunset on the happy hour roof deck. Fresh food and healthy and most friendly staff. Get out of your all inclusives and dine at a real restaurant
Even though the restaurant has been around for years, we had never been here. It is a little difficult to find on Matamoros but well worth the effort. Go early and enjoy the views from the rooftop bar. Amazing! Then go down to the restaurant which does not have the ocean view but does have a beautiful garden setting. Check... 更多
This is an older hotel, basic but well maintained. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Reservations are useful because they are very busy. Tuesday and Thursday they offer two meals for the price of one. Service was superb as were the meals. It is a bit difficult to find the place, but well worth the search. Very good... 更多
