This Pub gets away with charging restaurant prices for very average food because it has no competition. I am sure if a restaurant opened nearby they would loose a lot of custom. Brilliant pub with lovely staff, who were very welcoming and efficient, and very generous portions of quality pub food. Views over the estuary are amazing. Highly recommended
Food not bad but far too pricey. More like restaurant prices but definately not restaurant food. Very clean and staff friendly with beautiful views across the bay. Very good central location. Very busy pub although you only have two to choose from in Arnside.

2 meals were inedible the rumps Steaks and the sauces had no taste and the steaks were of very poor quality to the point that both were left almost complete I won't be going back any time soon as the service wasn't great ether
