From their household BBQ, rice and peas, fried plantain, pork, Mofongo...hmmm is it...yummy. Their service is great and it's inexpensive for what you get.
Out of all the roadside restaurants El Verde BBQ had the best fried plantains and roast pork! We went back multiple times while on our vacation. The rice with habichuelas and blood sausage were very good too. The location, parking and seating could be better. The second time we went we did take out and ate the food back at... 更多
If you're looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience, this is your place. It's counter service with limited seating, but the food is worth the extra effort. We had the mofongo-the texture was amazing and the garlic sauce top notch. The pernil was on point and the outside crust exploded with flavor. We also had the arroz con gandules, pastelillos and... 更多
Every time you go you will enjoy the best chicken barbecued. Their dides are also great for example: baked sweet potato, plantains, rice... everything is very good, at affordable prices. Only downside is that every time you go there, there are so many people that you will have to wait a little, but it's worth the wait
We had chicken and ribs. The left over the next day were better than when we bought them. Less fat and grease. All the seating is outside on stone tables and benches . Not great because of the traffic noises from PR 3. If I went back, it would be for take out.Very reasonable prices.

They had a full bar, with a small menu, but enough. We ate in the side area and enjoyed everything. The most inexpensive dinner I've... 更多
