The reception area has had new setting recently and is a nice place for a quiet drink, down stairs restaurant is set out very well with semi circular setting for customers to enjoy thier meals. The food is of a high standard.
Got married in Blancos on 7th july 2016 and I have to say it was amazing. The staff were fantastic and so attentive, making sure my every request was granted. The wedding planners were excellent and provided me with a stress free wedding!! The food was lovely both for the sit down meal and the evening buffet. Cannot recommend blancos...
After all the places I've stayed blancos always falls at the top in terms of cleanliness, organisation & a lovely warm welcome each time.Nothing is to much trouble whether it's business or leisure I'm never disappointed
We had wedding reception here and it was really well organised. The buffet served on the night was exceptional and really tasty.
The rooms were very clean and tidy.
The breakfast was well presented and tasted really nice.
I would recommend this venue to anyone for any type of function.

After several visits here for tribute acts, without issue, my friend, who uses a disability scooter, was not allowed in, due to a new reason, a fire hazard. This has never been an issue in the past, and they did not budge on it. They seem to think it is ok to discriminate against the disabled.
I was having a drink when some guests came in with a disabled friend in a motorised scooter, one of the women is my mothers friend they were there for the rod Stewart night they were stopped by the manager Clive Hopkins and told the disabled friend was not allowed up as for insurance reasons , they had been to...

One lady in our group is disabled and uses a folding motorised travel scooter - this is her lifeline as she cannot walk and this is her only method of mobility. We arrived last night as we have done on many occasions,...
I was in Blanco's earlier when I saw an old lady with her small mobility scooter being turned away from the hotel along with all her friends who had bought tickets to see a show there. This is NOT a disabled friendly hotel or restaurant. There was no mistaking their policy as it was the owner himself who banned them...

Called me a few days before to confirm the booking and confirm that I had coeliacs disease (mentioned at booking) and would need a gluten free breakfast. Asked also if I needed any other gluten free meals.
Spacious room for me and my...
