I was here last week on business and enjoyed my stay, so had to come back. The rooms are cozy, breakfast delicious, and good location. The Inn keeper is very congenital. Good value for a quiet room and yummy breakfast.

Very pleasant stay at this B&B. 3 of us shared the blue room and it was very comfortable. It's close to shopping and Spokane activities. Breakfast was very yummy and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests.
The place was beautiful and had just the right touch of decoration to make it feel cozy. The beds are super comfortable and the owners are super sweet and friendly. It is close to Northtown mall and a lot of downtown Spokane. Located in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes.
Within walking distance of Gonzaga University. Phyllis is very accommodating and gracious. Delicious breakfast. Only caveat is that East Indiana Street is a busy and noisy arterial. Not much of a problem in the wee hours, but if you retire early, it could be an issue. In which case specify a room off the street.
