a great place to relax, if travelling. I'd stayed overnight, in a cabin, was nice, simple and adequate, the management are very obliging. nothing was difficult,it was a reasonable way to relax, from travelling ;)
This really is a second rate caravan park! Our camping site had a concrete path through the middle and a tree that had been cutdown and not removed. There is no camp kitchen the showers are merely a trickle and the toilet paper is padlocked on some device so it can't be rolled!? The bins were overflowing messy permanent residences...
When we first arrived we wondered what we had come into. Some sites were messy but as a majority were permanent you could understand.
Found the park to be quiet and the showers where hot. The three important items for our stays were covered. The staff were lovely and very helpful
We stayed here for 3 nights in our van. Great little pool and tennis court. Play ground need upgrading only one swing the others were broken. The ensuit need to have own mop and cleaning equipment. In all we had a great time close to Newcastle and Port Stephens.
Simple park, very relaxing and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway. It was a great base for a few days doing things around Newcastle. The swimming pool was fantastic and the facilities were clean and tidy. No complaints from us.
On your way up the coast and need a brief quick one nighter then this is the place for you. Price is right with all facilities and you can get the rest you need as soon as you need it. Not a 5 star but what else do you need.
