This is a good hotel on the highway between Somnath and Veraval. Located behind the Somanth railway station, this is quite close to Somanth temple. There is a lot of parking space and an in-house restaurant. The place is neat and comfortable.
The Hotel is clean and hospitality was noteworthy. All the staffs were very kind and courteous. The hotel was clean but the food is little bit expensive. but other restaurants are available nearby. In short, a good choice to stay in Hotel Ambar.
Spcl. thanks to Mr. Shoib (staff of hotel indeed) for the help extended at 3:30 am.
Clean rooms with abalcony and clean bathroom and toilet.A.C Room is of average size.Close to Somnath jyotirling temple.By auto takes about 5 minutes.Only problem is the window A.C which comes directly on the face when sleeping.Restaurant in the hotel premises also good.
Stay there for two nights had been great experience especially the staffs. They were very courteous and well mannered. The reception desk is always there to help you and fulfilled your need. The restaurant at the hotel also provide good food.
Located on roadside....Somnath Veraval bypass road
Rooms are big, window ac is not enough for that room.Bathroom is clean. Restaurant of this hotel not so good...... Plenty of place for parking, you can take evening walk after dinner.
I just stayed 1 night at this hotel, i would say rooms are big, service is ok, cleanliness was ok, hot water issue. But in small town what do you get.? Overall good nice property. 2star hotel, or good guest house
Charges around Rs 1700-1800 for a family of four - two adults and two kids. So, don't expect much. However, in that budget, it is a clean and decent hotel. It is alongside a road, which has 3-4 other options of stay and food in walking distance. Especially for food, you may go across the road and have food at...
Ultimate for stay at Somnath. Undoubtedly the best place to stay at Somnath.
Very good facilities would nicee all time to stay every visit. Very nice hotel......clean rooms....and good staff and service.
A no-frills hotel, mainly to cater to tourists who are just looking for a decent place to spend a night. And in that sense, it does the job well. Outside the hotel, you will get autos to go to the temple. They would charge around 50 rupees for a one-way ride. The hotel staff is courteous. It also helped us...
Ambar hotel's staff was polite and helpful and readily available for any service. The rooms were clean and the bed sheets and toiletries were changed and replaced everyday during our three day stay in the hotel. Since the hotel is located on the highway it is also peaceful and the temple is not very far either. Recommended!
