We stayed here just over night with a group after a visit to Moher cliffs. The room was nice and both dinner and breakfast were good. Best to be on first floor. The hotel is our of town. Wifi is limited to public areas.
Felt very welcome from the first moment ! VERY friendly Manager and staff, beautiful rooms, excellent service and food. Didn't have the impression to stay in a big hotel.
I'll be back !! Cliffs of Moher are nearby, which is a bonus.
Travelling through Ireland for two weeks we have met lots of nice people and stayed in seven different hotels, but this is the only one we feel the need to review, as it had the friendliest staff and Richard was an awesome host. His personal touch even when the tour coaches were in was appreciated.
This was a fabulous place to stay while exploring the beautiful mystical Wild Atlantic Coast, just a short drive from the wonderful Cliffs of Moher. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were lovely with magnificent views, the hotel a charming retreat at the end of our days of exploration. Highly recommended and a place I'd love to return...
Owing to the building design, some of our rooms were down some long, winding hallways on the ground floor, which was odd because some steps and towards-you opening doors are involved, and when you've got a heavy suitcase on wheels, that can be a challenge. But at least those locations keep you isolated from any noise that might come from...
We were a group of 10 people with kids. We had some unexpected delays in our travel plan and reached very late at about 12:00 in the midnight. However the welcome was great. We had booked 3 rooms. All the rooms were big and spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast server in the morning was good and kindaa unlimited :)...
The hotel is really nice and comfortable, we were there because we wanted to go to the cliff of moher and this hotel is very close of that (10-12 mint more or less by car). The decor is classic and the bedroom was really big. The breakfast was tasty. You can enjoy a lot if you want a relaxed place.
We stayed here as we wanted to go to the Aran Islands and the Cliffs of More and the location was perfect for that. Pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was run by a lovely South African couple who made us feel very welcome. The room was old fashioned, but the breakfast and the staff made us very happy.
Visited the Burran Castle Hotel on a five day break with National Holiday's.
Good hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient, food tasty. Couldn't ask for a better Hotel .
I booked this trip with nation holidays as an Irish special not knowing where we were going! & to top it off it was matchmaking month ! Svenja& Richard & her staff are always there and make you feel welcome if Svenja could help at that moment you could count on her and her husband to find out! They did...
