First visit for a few years. Very pleased with the food , very tasty and hot plates and hot food. The service was very good. The surroundings were very clean and comfortable. Will certainly come again.
Visited for family birthday meal food was delicious and expertly prepared, limited choice for vegetarians but what was on offer was great , very generous portions served by very friendly waiting staff in a relaxed atmosphere
Had a flying visit to Halifax for a family wedding and stayed here. Family room was perfect for our needs, really well stocked and the kids loved the jacuzzi bath!
A nice pint and an impressive breakfast. Well worth a visit.
The hosts Jayne and Peter, made us right at home. The rooms were comfortable and the included breakfast was very hearty. Close by to the moors, walking trails and the locals are engaging while you step up to the rail in the pub. We would not hesitate to recommend the Crossroads Inn to anyone for a layover. We actually stayed...
Everyone here was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with good furnishings and well stocked with tea, coffee, water, etc. The full English breakfast was, what can I say, FULL! Besides the fry up there was good selection of yoghurts, juices, cereals.
This was a last minute booking to treat my husband for Father's Day .
I booked the Crossroads Inn as it was reasonably priced and the reviews were good.
We were a little concerned at the remoteness but to be honest it didn't matter as within 2 to 3 miles you could visit Halifax, Sowerby Bridge plus Hebden Bridge and...
My wife and I went to the Crossroads on a Friday for an evening meal and took advantage of the fish and chip deal (2 fish and chips plus any - yes any - bottle of wine for £25). We were glad we didn't order starters as both our fish were huge and in fact we couldn't finish them. The...
Spent two nights (3rd & 4th June 2016) here visting old friends and haunts whilst enjoying superb warm hospitality with traditional (big-portioned) English food.
What more could we ask for during one of thsoe rare hot and sunny West Yorkshire weekends!
Stayed here for last minute booking having had to leave an establishment in Hebden where we were treated very badly. So it was great to find the Cross roads inn to be comfortable, spotlessly clean, friendly and food good. Staff really lovely. Good to stay somewhere where they recoognise that vegetarians have an appetite too - good size veggie breakfast.
What an amazing find , lovely friendly staff , incredible food , great beer ! Stayed locally for a week , had Sunday roast which was eye wateringly good , and quiz night / pie night on a Thursday which was brilliant fun ! Everyone was unbelievably friendly - and the staff were just perfect ! The owners and staff...
