Great reception and ease of booking in. Nice quaint en-suite room with no 'hitches' one normally experiences. Great VFM. Great location for the city centre and 3 minutes walk to Southampton Central Station.
A lovely guest house. Didn't arrive till 9 and got a warm welcome. Very comfortable beds and lovely fresh cooked breakfast. Great location, literally round the corner from theatre but not on the thorough fare so no late night noise. Only down side is parking but the guy on reception advised us well.
Great b&b stayed for 4nights tried to rebook for extra 3 night but was fully booked, clean and friendly only problem is the rooms are small but other than that it is great value for money, very central lots for places to dine and have a drink or 12 lol

눉The manager was on holiday that week and we were left with a young man who although he tried his best he didn't really have a clue as to what to do. All he seemed to do was to apologise. We felt sorry that he had been left to cope with it...
My wife and I stayed here for one night after watching Saints' last home game of the season. We were expecting to pay more than £10 to park our car in the city, but City Park Guest House went out of their way to fit our car in on the small plot in front of the guest house. Our room was...
Good location near train and shops, nice receptionist, clean & tidy. Breakfast pretty standard for a B&B. I would consider staying her again - usually star in premier inn or similar but this was perfectly adequate
