We had a lovely warm welcome on our arrival and we were shown to our room.
The room was large very clean and lovely.
Our breakfast the next morning was also excellent.
I would recommend and I am sure we will return
Really warm welcome from the owner. Room was comfortable and clean. Great breakfast too. Beware of poor wifi/phone signal though, as the farm is in a very rural location. Royal Oak only 300 yards away and served great food.
We had a very pleasant second visit to this rural working farm. Breakfasts consist of local produce and very appetising. Clean and tidy ensuite room. Your hosts Adam and Sue, although having a farm to run, still have time to be hospitable and chatty.
John Margaret and Jonty.
Stayed overnight while walking the Inn Way through the North Yorkshire Moors. Nice and comfortable room with a large beth. The guest lounge and kitchen was a nice place to spend the evening because the local pub was closed in Monday. This place is worth a visit and Sue is a great host.
A quaint, picturesque little villiage hosting a pleasant welcoming B&B.
Sue, the owner was very friendly and obliging, providing a satisfying cooked breakfast and comfortable accommodation.
Just down the road there is a local pub offering restaurant quality food and friendly patrons.
Very friendly and helpful hosts, Sue and Adam. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our double room which was at the front of the house, en suite and very comfortable, the bed was just like home.
The breakfasts were outstanding with a good selection available, and the full English was cooked to personal requirements.
We stayed for one night, arriving late on Friday evening. We were pleasantly welcomed by the hosts, and shown to our accommodation which suited us. We had a double room which was very comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by all!
The breakfast cannot be faulted, and the Host Sue was able to answer questions and assist us....
We stayed at the Manor Farm for 2 nights last Sunday and Monday and where immediately made to feel welcome. This really is a lovely B&B which ticks all the boxes comfortable accommodation and a great breakfast . There is only one pub in the village which in our opinion was overly expensive for evening meals even though the meals...
