This is one of Brussels ‘green lungs’; an area to escape the noise of the city. Bordered by trees – many imported from around the world for their interesting leaves, bark and shape – the park has many statues and sculptures of local worthies who have no doubt contributed to the park and Belgian society. A parc that has many facets. It's around 20 hectares. It's ideal for a morning or evening run, a fitness run or a nice walk. The parc holds many statues and has been beautifully restored many years ago. It is well maintained and has amenities for children. Enjoy on a sunny afternoon .
Park is very nice and enjoyable by all aged group. Very close to Main road and easily accessible by Tram 7 Bus 64,65,66 which passes adjacent to park. Inside the park only a restaurant is present so one can enjoy drinks and food.

You can find the event calendar via the town hall website, sorry not possible to post the url here. The park is split into several parts and there is something for everyone, joggers, footballers, archers... 更多

This park is beautiful and could be a small Central Park of Brussels. But to get there, the town should care more and control all the people that soil the park or bother the other visitors, by making loud music or playing heavy ball games.
