As a seasoned snowboarder I wouldn't normally do much off slope activity but so glad we took some time out to have a go at this. Make sure you show your lift pass when paying as this reduces the cost (you don't pay to go up in the gondola this way).
Great fun. Cross between a sledge and a rollercoaster....
This was such good fun, even my husband enjoyed it! (And he hates such things usually). The instructions to ride are clear. The luge goes up to 40km and you are in control of the speed at all times but just go fast!! The route is pretty and as others have said it is great fun. I laughed hysterically all...
We spent a fun couple of hours on the Luge travelling down the mountain at breakneck speeds strapped into a Luge car. Make sure you leave plenty of room between you and the previous rider - in case they're a bit timid and hit the brakes too much.
Use your ski pass (if you have one) at the booking window, which is situated at the bottom of the gondola, this will give you a 40% reduction in the ticket price. There is a traffic light system which tells you when to set off but, wait a bit longer so the person in front of you gets a good...
Brilliant off piste activity, kids and adults alike loved the run, especially those who kept the lever forward! Be warned though, make sure you're prepared for the strict ticket desk, they need passport evidence for under sixes, even if they are 18 months old - and don't send the first guy down with the 10 person luge ticket !
A must do!!
Went on the luge twice it was so good! Tickets are €9 for adults but if you show your six day lift pass it's only €5.60.
Don't put the break on and it's even better, great thrill ride and scenery!!
