This attraction has one locator signboard on the corner of Mulgoa Road and Fairlight Road, so you could easily be unaware that this great viewing platform is available. Drive up past the Schoenstatt Grotto right to the end of Fairlight Road (about 2kms is gravel). Easy walk to The Rock. You need to climb about ten steps to stand on... 更多
My missus and I decided to go for a walk around the area, not thinking about the beautiful view we got to see. Some of the other reviews mentioned something about a short walk... I got no idea if I parked the car at the wrong end or what, but our walk was a lot more than 5 minutes. After... 更多
A little bit of a walk and a few rock steps to climb but the view is worth it, you can see way up the Nepean River, not suitable for wheelchair, stroller. can be a little rough for a person with breathing difficulty but not impossible if they take their time
There is a bit of bush walking to do, but it isn't very strenuous. The path is clear and easy to follow. The drive there is a little rough on the car, there are holes everywhere as it is just a dirt road and can get bumpy. It also feels like you might be going the wrong way, but you're... 更多
Views over the Nepean River and across the Blue Mountains National Park. A 5 minute walk takes you to the lookout. Try packing a picnic brunch, lunch or snack. Everything tastes better on the Rock. Please take the rubbish back with you.
Wow I love Penrith the views up at the lookout are breathtaking and your overlooking the Nepean river it's stunning and there is also some walking tracks you must do. There's parking for the cars and also only a few steps to the lookout not accessible for wheelchairs.
A really good lookout view if you're keen to see some nice bushland and appreciate what nature brings to you. It is unfenced so you can sit on the edge and just relax and feel the fresh air Its a drive from the town centre (from the info centre) into the national park. It starts off with sealed road and... 更多
