Its a must to visit the beer is great and brewed next door in the brewery. It is the oldest licenced brewary in the country and the beer is great. strong so don't use the car after.
I went on the tour of this brewery as part of my stag do. The brewery is situated in the beautiful village of Bishops Castle. This was a fantastic tour and Steve the head brewer was a really interesting guy. The brewery itself claims to be the oldest in the country and uses traditional methods of gravity based brewing and... 更多
Quaint place, loads of seating inside as well as in the garden and the rooftop - some real good beers to choose from with high recommendations from the locals - there is even a restaurant area to eat - a great place to go after a good days walking !!
On our most recent visit to the Three Tuns we realised that we have been visiting this pub for over twenty years. In that time there have been a few changes, but the warm welcome, delicious food and great beer have been consistently reliable. Well done. This has to be the best pub in Shropshire!

Visited with a few pals for a drink and a bite to eat. The atmosphere at The Three Tuns was warm and welcoming, the staff behind the bar were friendly and very chatty, it almost felt like I had known everyone years!! The food was superb and we will definitely be returning!!
I'm finding the reviews on here a little frustrating as this should be the brewery tour and not the pub next door, there's a separate entry for the pub..... Hey ho, here's my review for the brewery tour anyway. We came for a tour of the Three Tuns Brewery as part of my stag weekend and it really was brilliant.... 更多
We had a meal here on a Friday evening which coincided with the Bishop's Castle Beer Festival so it was extremely busy. That being said the food was good - with reasonable portion sizes and delivered very promptly by a very friendly if busy waiting staff to our table. Another plus point is that the Three Tuns brews its own... 更多
We visited the Three Tuns on Monday 15th June. Having completed a walk on the Long Mynd the "three old blokes" made a table reservation. The meals were good and reasonably priced. There were a number of "real ales" available which we tried not all were to our taste but you can't please everyone. My only observation would be that... 更多
