Was recommended as an after dinner walk when eating at the Fonab in Pitlochry. Was a 10 min drive, but well worth it! A 10 out of 10! The trees, the path and the falls are all stunning! Not a far or demanding walk from the car park, and empty for tourists at 8pm.
I do a fair bit of walking but this was, by far, one of the most beautiful places I have walked through. The waterfall, caves, trees and bridges were incredible, there were lots of different walking options so you can do a couple 5km routes or just chose a 2km to see the 'highlights'. Definitely recommend this!
The water was high, the ground was frozen but the sun was out. Amazing place, great sound of the water and a nice walk from the car park. Would definitely recommend as it's a very easy ten minutes walk.
