This was our first deer sighting up close at Margam Park. Its was an amazing family day out. Visiting the village park, Margam farm animals & to top it off we were within 100m of seeing red stag deers. Truly amazing experience! Highly recommend taking family for day out at this wonderful park!
Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do for all age groups, be it a walk through the impressive gardens, around the orangery and house or through the woodland trails. There are play areas for the young, wildlife and even a farmyard for children to view the animals. If you are lucky, you will get to see the deer roaming free. All... 更多
Very large park, need a lot of time to get around. There's a little train for the kids to go on and obviously you have go ape there too, which isn't too expensive for an amazing day out. A bad thing is, the car park price is rather too high for a park.
We had a great family visit to Margam Park as recommended from a guy (peirce)? who does the tours around the grounds... We went to the church further up out the ground ad he was there as the church was closed an doffered to show us around, he was lovely and very happy to help us. We toured in the... 更多
Spent the day here wondering around great walks also the house lovely really worth a visit great for taking a picnic and finding a great corner in the grounds to chill out

Not just a place for walking, although you will find a wide variety of walks and paths available here, Margam has a magnificent castle, a stunning orangery,... 更多
We always call in to Margam on the way to our hotel - lovely gardens and a good chance to stretch your legs. £4 to park the car is the only cost and you can easily spend the best part of a day there. This time we bumped into Peter from the "Friends of Margam Park" who was an absolute... 更多
Margam Park has a variety of things in the grounds, a miniature railway, the house (where open) a small courtyard to relax in, a park to wander in, gardens to see and the abbey ruins. For a fee there is also the Go Ape site. As such this is often a good place to turn up to do a few... 更多
When we first arrived we found the parking to be very expensive. But there is a lot to do once you are inside so the hours of parking are worth it. We visited on a colder say in September but as long as you take a warm coat and suitable shoes you will be just fine. We were visiting family... 更多
