No matter what time of the year spring, summer, autumn or winter this is a beautiful garden. Very peaceful and the added bonus of a café (closed Mondays). Often stop here for a Sunday morning cup of coffee whilst out on a walk.
Unfortunately my fiancé didn't propose here but I secretly hoped he would. I love this garden. It's very quaint and well maintained. I've never been to the café here but there are a few pubs within walking distance with good food and a pint.
Have visited here a few times and always head for a coffee & Scone........they are really tasty. The garden itself is lovely as it constantly changes with the seasons and of course one can always look at the Millenium embroidery.
Lovely park, well laid out and tended and safe for young children. A good place to sit and read or watch the world go by.
Excellent local amenity with super cafe serving wonderful cake. Also home to the fascinating and beautiful Millenium Embroidery = a definite must see.
I used a Disabled Badge as I had my Father with me, the Food was good and reasonable. The gardens were lovely, I have been before when the Cobham Band were playing just an ideal place to sit and relax. They also had an Art Exhibition on which was worth a look.
