Very clean tidy beach nice for romantic walks and plenty to eat and drink along the beach crepes are delicious and mussels seem to be local delicacy

on a recent visit to the morlaix region we decided to visit the above area having missed it on regular visits to irland & england via roscoff - easy to bypass but a worthy destination itself -beaitiful beaches with great places to eat and or drink facint the sea BUT sheltered from onshore winds bi a glass screen.

Visited this area shortly after New Year in the evening. Went back the next day for the local sea food but could not believe the sea view!!! Stunning.
Walked for miles its all delightful needs a sunny day though.Superb patisserie in town so pick up a couple of cakes to take with you.
Lovely beach, great views and a choice of three nice restaurants late in the season. The whole coast path around carandec is worth walking and is very easy, with great views and lots of lovely beaches you would miss if you didn't walk the coastpath.
