We were staying at Hotel Villalba and went down in to the village for a look around. Lovely church and some restaurants, very quiet village with very small tiny roads to drive through. Definitely recommend a small car !! Well worth going to see traditional Spanish village.

Vilaflor has a pretty central square and plenty of places to eat and drink with a lovely view down to the sea. Its a good base for some interesting walks nearby, especially to the "lunar" rocks.
There is a new attraction in town - a museum of the life of the locally born saint, Hermano Pedro . If you park in the car park at the top of the town, turn left instead of going to the main square. The museum is in part of the Convent, across the road from the new infants' school.
