Amazing atmosphere in this little Greek island square. Ignore the view and lure of McDonalds and sit in a little cafe people watching. Visit the indoor market easily found under the bunch of olives and grapes high up in the wall.
Between the Archaeological Museum, the market, and the mosque, this truly felt like the "hub" of Kos. What we loved was to sit at one of the cafes, sip some coffee, and watch the children playing in the square.
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the square. It was bustling with people and yet had a laid back feel at the same time.
Plenty of tavernas and coffee shops to stop off for a bite and a drink.
The square was also very photogenic with its different architecture. Recommended
