We loved our morning at Chorros de la Calera. We came to Juayua intending on doing the "Seven Waterfalls Tour" but after chatting to some fellow travellers opted for hiking to Chorros de la Calera instead. A must-see!!!! Paradise. So refreshing to swim in cool waterfall pools after hiking in the sweltering jungle. Such a beautiful back drop yet really fun to splash around and cool down. Well worth the hike.
Had heaps of fun the water was very clean and cold. Wear good shoes it's a bit of a walk but very beautiful once there. There are no toilet s or change rooms near the waterfall so go before .
