This museum is incredible. One, if not the finest, collection of Mexican ceramic art in the world. It includes pieces dating from the mid 1980's (if I observed correctly) until 2015, representing the most skilled artisans from eight states....
Simply put, you are not going to find a better collection of contemporary and award winning high end Mexican pottery and ceramics made by the regional great masters.
Some of these pieces are just stunning. Yes, the little museum could use a makeover, the displaying is poor and almost cluttered, and obviously funding is an issue. But just take 30...
The Musro Pantaleon Panduro is a "must do" activity in Tlaquepaque. Even if you're not usually all that interested in ceramics, you'll be astonished at the diversity and quality of the works on display here. This is easily one of the best ceramics museums in the world. Truly an amazing experience. Don't miss it!
