My wife and I visited the gardens on our honeymoon to Tasmania, my wife was looking forward to seeing native plants and flowers but due the low levels of rain fall there was very little to be seen, we understood that this cannot be helped but it would have been nice that we were clearly advised to this before paying... 更多
Ray, there is always a lot to be seen at Inverawe. In May the Kangaroo Paws were just finishing, the... 更多
A lovely view but the native garden, struggling with low rainfall, disappoints. The local " characters" spread around the garden are, at best, twee. We were not sure the owner had a plan of what was trying to be achieved other than native plants on a steep hillside, some points of history, others of education and a selling operation. The... 更多

Saw advert in tourist leaflet and so glad we went. Lovely coastal setting for native gardens that have been, and still are, a labour of love for the owners. Great to meet them and talk about what they have been doing. We wandered around the main garden area looking at planting then stopped for coffee, popped back to the car... 更多
Hadn't heard of this place but fortunately friends had and recommended it. Wonderful wander around the garden which is over 9.5 hectare. Some lovely quirky touches added to the garden which I enjoyed. Shame we didn't have longer to ponder and have a cuppa at the end of our walk.

An immense amount of work has been and is being done to make these lovely and interesting gardens a pleasure to visit. Well worth the time spent in exploring the different areas and keeping an eye open for the many birds that also enjoy the space.
As a Tour Operator I highly recommend these beautiful gardens and that comes from the many Guests who I have taken here from all over the world. I have another tour coming up which will incorporate a few hours at Inverawe and is a must on the Huon Trail if you can allow the time.....especially if you are a lover... 更多
Great native garden with lots of birdlife, wonderful views of D'entrecasteux Channel and quirky bits throughout. Good value for gardeners birdwatchers and photographers. The owners are very helpful and informatative.
We visited back in April for our honey moon and was expecting to see natives but got charged full price... 更多
