Although a lot smaller but the place is comparable with keukenhof in the Netherlands. You better start your visit in the afternoon to enjoy the flowers in its beautiful colours and stay until evening to enjoy the spectacular illuminations.
I intended to be there for day and night to see flower garden (Sakura, daffodils, tulips) during daytime and illumination at night. This is one of favourite place to visit in Japan in an session.... No.1 in Sakura session from first week of April. large area you can see the beauty of Japanese flowers and the arrangement of Japanese culture. In summer they have super lighting show. One this is bad that access is not easy if you don't have car.
