Ideal place if you want to be pressing on the gas pedal. Connects Noida and Greater Noida, coming in from Delhi. Usually not too crowded, so it isn't too difficult to touch high speeds without trouble.
Smooth, well maintained roads. Good for photographers too, depending upon the weather:). Connects you to number of places of tourist interest without any hassle of traffic.
If you get on it between 5.30-7.00pm, you will find yourselves moving at 1mph and driving to avoid other cars crashing into you. Driving on Noida Expressway (Yamuna Expressway) is an experience. You would not feel like you are driving in India. Smooth sail between Noida and Agra. I also liked the organised and international looking stop overs that have good restaurants and other public conveniences.
I never expected India could develop such standard of roads and maintain it the way they have done with Noida Expressway. Personally, I feel these are the best roads that I have traveled so far all across India. The day it started, it gave relief to all people travelling to Greater noida. 23kms in some minutes, its awesome. Smooth. Now you take this for connecting to Yamuna express way also. Great connectivity. An advice, while you are driving fast, be extra cautios.
First of all it is one of the best roads in India to give your throttle a kick. But also it is one of the most accident prone areas in India due to overspeeding and drink-n-drive. Please enjoy the road but follow the rules and be safe.
