If you plan to head from Waitomo to Marokopa Falls, this is a stop along the way that I would recommend if you have the time. A great natural attraction. It's only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the carpark to the bridge and the track is well maintained and safe even in winter. We detoured on our trip from Waikato to Taranaki to see this bridge and weren't disappointed.

This place was totally worth a bit of a drive! It's awesome, it's got a cool swing bridge, a natural bridge and well built stairs that will take you to the top. I love nature and I love this place! If you're in Waitomo, it's a must see!! ...Oh and it's FREE!
