We stayed within walking distance of this beach and absolutely loved going here. There were a couple locals at the beach each time we went but that was about it. Over all it was very isolated and secluded. There were no tourists, which we loved. Cattlewash was the only other beach we went to that had so few people.
Hard to get to, but worth the find. Nearly empty most of the time. Old world unspoiled Caribbean. Bring everything you need. Its secluded. Large waves. Lots of Palm trees.
Off the beaten track this is a lovely beach, white sand and terrific waves, need to be a strong swimmer for this one. There are plenty of shaded picnic sites. No amenities though but truly a lovely exprience.
Wild, almost deserted, great surf (but beware not a lifeguard in site), parking in the shade under the trees that also acted as sun umbrellas - amazing. No cafe, bar or toilet. A difficult beach to find even with a car but well worth it. My favourite!
Rugged and natural no vendors lots of shelter, beautiful vast beach, perfect for a picnic, be careful of the sea it can be dangerous if your not a strong swimmer, easy reached, by public transport, just passed St Martins church in St Phillip. swaying palm blue azure sea, heaven on earth.
If you want to get away from it all then this may be the beach for you. It is a bit off the beaten track, located on the west side of the airport, and you do need transport to get there, but it could be worth it. We called in, only for half an hour or so whilst on a island tour.... 更多
Not a place to get in the surf. I lovely place for a picnic and it is well paroled by the park authorities. There was much seaweed on our visit.
