Ruins of a couple of different civilisations, Greek and Roman. Everything well preserved and maintained. Lots of good information. Right by the seaside, so easy to go straight to the beach following your visit, especially on a very hot day!
Other reviewers have explained in detail the location of the ruins and that it includes the ruins of two different civilisations which lived harmoniously together. I thoroughly agree with everyone who has praised the audio guide and said how helpful it was in understanding the lives and layout of the two cities. And the absurdly cheap entry price. But no... 更多
Started this tour at 6pm - perfect time to enjoy the cooler evening and very little tourists around -and wow what a site to enjoy- marvelous archeology from Roman and Greek times. Absolutely worth to visit. You get a lot information, you can walk namong the ruins and everything is explained on headphones which are included in price. They have even separate audio for children. The price is very low for what you get.
This enormous and very well preserved ruins is the site of the final edge of the Greek empire (3rd century BC). Visited while staying in llafranc. The ruins of both the Greek and Roman towns are excellent. The museum is very interesting and well presented. Entrance for 2 people over 65 is only 8 euros, very good value. You could easily spend 3 to 4 hours looking around the site. Car parking is confusing as if you drive slightly too far... 更多
