Our son is getting married on this lovely point on Sydney Harbour. It looks out towards Cockatoo Island and then the Harbour Bridge. Enjoy a stroll here and a drink or a meal in the Deckhouse or the Woolwich Pier Hotel. Lovely
We had just dined at the Woolwich Pier Hotel and decided to take a stroll through Clarkes Point Reserve to walk off our food. This is a great spot to come to take in the views and there was hardly anyone here when we came. There are plenty of benches to take a seat, whilst the open grass areas makes... 更多
I like visiting here. It is an open space on the harbour that not too many people know about. There are also interesting bush tracks to explore in Kelly's bush.
Beautiful space for a picnic or a walk. The best views Sydney has to offfer. Excellent facilities and it's never crowded. A coffee can always be purchased from the deckhouse.
Great place to walk off your breakfast, lunch or dinner as it is close to a couple local nice eats. Great spot for picnics and bbqs with great views across the harbour. Shame council has put metres in for parking.
This park is situated about 14klms from the City Centre and has amazing views back to the City. A great place for picnics and family/Friends gatherings. Pleanty of parking, but it is metered.
Sunday afternoon at Clarks Point is Dog Day Afternoon. Well, pretty much any afternoon, morning, or anytime really. With some of the best views of Sydney, the bridge and the Parramatta river, Clarkes Point has so much to offer. Yachties abound on the weekend at the sailing club, and picnickers make good use of the barbecue areas. You will often... 更多
This is an excellent spot to take visitors to Sydney for a picnic and a jaw-dropping gawk at the western parts of Sydney Harbour, with great views of Cockatoo Island as well as the Harbour Bridge. On a nice day, the views teamed with the setting are hard to beat. The park is right on the harbour, and has lots... 更多
Our own Sculptures by the Sea has just completed. Even without the outdoor exhibition you get a different perspective on Sydney Harbour. Take a picnic or dine in at the Deckhouse.
There is a short sculpture exhibition there every year - this year from 30 July to 9 August. It's quieter & smaller than Sculpture by the Sea but stimulating never-the-less in a great venue. It would be great for a picnic in warmer weather.
