We went to the Christmas improv show at Arnold's Bar and Grill. The show was quite fun. It was quite uneven, of course, but really picked up after the intermission with a film noir version of "Die Hard".
I have seen two shows in the Know Theatre and have been impressed with the setup. It is small, but it works great for some plays because the audience feels like part of the company. Starts on time and the small bar allow you to grab a drink and chat with friends before or after an event.
My husband I first came here a couple of years ago for a play. We came again last month for their improv festival. This theater does independent and offbeat productions. The atmosphere adds to that hipster feel and is a worthy member of the OTR scene.
The KNOW theater is Cincinnati's alternative theater.
