The place is a great mix of locals and tourists, and is filled with a diverse and interesting cast of characters. There's no stage here to intimidate people...the microphones are passed around the bar and somebody always seems willing to join in. If you want to make a spectacle of yourself, you certainly can do that...it just livens the mood.
what a great place. the place pulsates with energy. it is a karoke bar with panache. the food aint bad either, ok its pretty good. and inexpensive, patrons are blown away by rex one of the bar folks, a gaijin dude, who is able to sign the japanese stuff in japanese. you will definitely enjoy yourself here.
