You can't visit Hawaii and not visit The Arizona Memorial. I can sum this tour up in one word. "MOVING". My wife and I did the trip to Pearl Harbour by our selves. Getting there by public transport is good. When we arrived we were shown an informative short movie of the attack on Pearl Harbour I found it very interesting real footage not what you see in recent times movies of a romance movie. So by now you are... 更多

The museum provides a good account of what happened on day of the invasion but it does not hit home until you take that boat ride out to the memorial and see all those names on the wall.
This is a very emotional tour but very good. First you are shown a short film explaining what happened on the 7.12.1941 then you are taken by a small boat the to Arizona where you can view the names of the deceased & look down on the remains of the ship.
Remembering those that lost their life was moving. As a Veteran, it was humbling and respectful. It was a reminder of the sacrifice our Soldiers make everyday for the Freedom we each experience. A must stop for all visitors to Oahu!
