This has got to be one of the best Farmer's Markets in the US. All locally grown products that are fresh from the fields are for sale along with other home-made local items. Shop for apples, root vegetables, lettuces breads, cheeses and much, much more. A must see and buy market with something for everyone.
This was the second year that we visited this market. Lots of produce and other farm items available. If you have a particular item for which you are shopping, arrive early as some of the booths sell their best products early. Some of the pricing seemed rather high to us when compared to other similar markets in other towns. Bring... 更多
Flowers, fresh produce, bakery, treats to buy and eat, even sage offerings to ward off evil spirits... it's all here. When we visited, peppers were being roasted in a large rotating basket. They sure looked good, but then, absolutely everything looked good! The fruit was so fresh, you just don't see that quality in the local markets. And this is... 更多
Oh, my. If you like good food, you must get here. Stalls selling gorgeous fresh produce and more kinds of baked goods than you can shake a stick at. Microgreens compete with preserves and grilled sausages on a stick for your attention. Ice cream, mustards, honey, salsas, jerky, even some lotions and soaps. Flowers and cheeses. Absolutely lovely.
The market was our first Santa Fe experience. We stopped in on a Tuesday and picked up a variety of fruits and veggies for the week. We went inside the building and got some baked items... Boston cream donut and cinnamon roll. Good stuff. On this Tuesday, the market wasn't too busy, so it was a relaxing time.
A sunny Sat. morning in September was the perfect time to visit this amazing fresh air market. Come for the wide array of fresh seasonal produce, artisan breads, flowers, handmade goods, and much more. Savor the smell of peppers roasting over hot coals. The strawberry-rhubarb pie we purchased for dinner was worth the visit alone. Great fun.
We visited the market on Saturday and found a parking spot in a nearby garage a block away. The market was a delight. Vendors with fresh fruits and vegetables from the surrounding areas, baked good, jams, jellies and numerous other items were on display in ope air stalls. There was a festive atmosphere with vendors interacting with the crowds. I... 更多
This market near the Railroad Station is a great place for fresh produce and baked goods. The roasting peppers smelled and tasted delicious, the pear strudel at one of the baked goods vendors were flaky and beautiful look at and the gift items were interesting and well priced. On a sunny morning this was a fun thing to do as... 更多
