Rose Hill is a beautiful, historic cemetery. Many famous Georgians are buried here and it is fasinating to walk around. Narrated Rambles are held the Sunday before Halloween and the Sunday after Easter and are a great ways to learn about the people buried in Rose Hill.
This is a very old and historic cemetery. Rolling through the hills of Macon and along the railroad track, the majestic monuments and grave stones add to the ambiance of this cemetery. Well worth the visit. Also if your into the paranormal, you just might get something on your camera.
