Very informative guided tour with the swine herd and the priest. Full of information and able to answer all our questions. We came away with a much clearer understanding of life in a village in 1350. Tours are adapted to the interests and questions of the group. Very highly recommended.

Great walks - good for burning off energy either on foot, walking the dog, cross country running or on bike. Good children's playground. Can book bbqs for parties/events. Cafe is ok - pretty reasonable prices. Medieval village is worth a look (although you do have to pay for entry).

Children's play area is looking a bit tired now and could do with some investment to make it appeal to more. A good cafe and visitor center are... 更多
No better place to spend a couple of hours when the sun is shining. The swans were up on the bank, as well as some geese and ducks. As soon as I got the bread out, I suddenly became their best friend!! Spent a pleasant five minutes surrounded by swans!
