We stopped by on a Wednesday late afternoon. Plenty of seating inside and out front. Nice selection of beers on tap and Irish whiskies. Dublin Coddle was very good and the Corned Beef Pasty was excellent. Service was rather slow considering the place was less than half full. Had to get our drinks at the bar since our waitress never... 更多
Stopped in for a bit of nostalgia over the weekend. This was a weekly, if not daily meet up place for my coworker and I nearly two decades ago. The service was not as it once was. There was an authentic family presence back in the day. I realize that the older couple may have passed the business down to... 更多
Post Alley was packed on this sunny Saturday lunch time but we managed to get a table outside. Our waitress was really good. Had two Irish Red beers, good. I chose crab cakes with fries which came with a caper lemon butter and my husband had a sausage roll and fries - both really delicious. Decided to share a third... 更多
This is a fun pub - service can be hit and miss, especially if they are crowded at night, but pick an evening when they have live music, order some appetizers or standard Irish Pub food (Shepherd's pie, Irish stew, etc), enjoy a beer or a whiskey, and have some fun! Good beer selection and great appetizers. Atmosphere is very fun and the decor is old time cool. Have heard that it is haunted too!
A wee bit of Ireland right here in Washington. You truly feel like you could be sitting in a pub in Ireland. True Irish music , and do not miss their Paddy's day weekend.
Okay, so you never really feel like you've been transported to the Auld Sod when you enter Kells. But it's a great way to decompress after going through Pike Place Market. Prompt delivery of a Guinness and a comfortable place to drink it. That's enough.
