We came in and the service sucked. Seemed like the bartender acted like she was being put out by having to get us drinks. Spent most her time cuddled up by the stairs on her phone. Only bottles of beer and mixed drinks. If they had more we weren't told. Only plus are the band and it's the air conditioning... 更多
Spent two hours at the Old Opera House on Bourbon Street and had a blast. The band was Chicken on the Bone and they were fantastic. Generous drinks and a great place to chill out to really good music.
On our first night in NOLA, we went to OOH. What a fun night! We didn't get the name of the band, but they were outta sight. They played funky music that was made for dancing. We were planning to go bar hopping, but the music was so good that we stayed at OOH. Why leave?
We found our way into the Old Opera House, drawn by the music. The band, "Chicken on the Bone" was incredible. The played hits from the 60s-80s with emotion and energy. We enjoyed them so much we purchased t-shirts and a CD! If they had only served some food or appetizers we would have stayed all night. Otherwise, the drinks... 更多
It's a hole in the wall...let's be honest. But the atmosphere is amazing. On this night we listened to a band called Chicken on the Bone.
