The aquarium is not that big, but has several different fish, reptiles, and insects. There is a nice gift shop up front. Its worth the admission price. Watch out for slowpoke!
Some of the fish were interesting, but the whole presentation of the fish and animals were rather lame and tacky. Not worth the money spent.
We could tell from the outside that this attraction probably wasn't very large or extensive. We stopped in their very small gift shop and were able to see inside the door window to see that the aquarium seemed to consist mainly of fish aquariums not unlike what you might see in a pet store. 5 of us got in for 20 buck. Walk in door and total area of exhibit is 450 square feet at most. 20 or so tanks of fish, some lizards, bugs and few turtles. We were at least expecting to see a tank of native fish spieces. It ok for young kids they can see Nemo.
Cute little place, not a lot of things inside compared to larger places but we really enjoyed it. This is a good place to take kids if you aren't planning on spending a lot of money.
My husband and I visited this aquarium yesterday. We were happy to find such a neat Attraction that didn't break the bank! I have been to many aquariums in the country. We didn't get to see the aquarium. We got there at 10 o'clock when they were to open and waited around until about 1015. Called them and they said oh will be open around 10 or 15 minutes . We didn't want to wait any longer as we had an itinerary
It was cheap and nice and small but took 30 minutes to walk through. Wish someone would donate to these folks. They really are trying to keep it up but need help to do so. This would be a great thing for hot springs if they could make it more by pitching in to help these sweet people.
