Visited Korigad as a day trip during the last July week end from Mumbai. Drive to the place is pretty straight forward. The base village is Pedh Shahpur. There is good amount of parking facility available. Its a less crowded place with most tourists settling down at Bushi dam and Lions point at Lonavala. Bringing your own vehicle is preferable.... 更多
We did one day trip to korigad from Mumbai in our own car. It was raining and the drive was just beautiful lush green. You dont mind the extreme traffic jams on the highway. Korigad is located a few kilometers ahead of ambi valley city. Its a small trek with way leading to steps and then around 200 steps to... 更多

I visited this place in monsoon season. On our way up the fort, it started raining moderately. Cold water was flowing through the steps and as we went higher, the fort was covered with more and more fog. It was such a beautiful picture with all the greenery around. The top of the fort had 2 amazing lakes. Such serenity... 更多
One get to see panoramic view of Aamby Valley City. Fortification walls are in good condition. Three temples and one pond is there. Almost six hundred plus steps are there to reach up. Overall good experience.
We enjoyed trek in monsoon. The green view was awesome. You can view whole Amby Valley from top. It was nice green view. Transportation is not much to visit for this fort. You can take bus Bhamburde from lonavala bus stand which is at around 8:30 in morning. After that you need to walk up to village Peth Shahupur. The... 更多
Good place to go on a weekend for hiking. Only thing needed to be taken for is to carry water,as you won't get on fort. Fort doesn't have any attractions to be visited. If you are planning for just weekend hiking and short trip it's good
Did this trek up the hill on a rainy day. The weather was very good. The walk up is quite nice and the view from the top even better. Whole of Amby Valley is visible from the top and gives a very nice view with clouds around.
