A piece of overlooked American history that is well worth visiting! I have know this property for many, many years, as well as the Wyckoff- Bennett property (National Historic). We are very lucky to have these examples of Dutch Colonial life suspended in time.
This 17th century Dutch Farmhouse located in East Flatbush is a wonderful place to visit if you are interested in the early settlers.It is the oldest Home in New York! Great history of The Dutch,Slavery and the workings of the Farms and people who came here during the 17th century! The guide was so informative. Good for the entire family!
