Interesting exhibits of money and has interactive trivia/quiz game. Some of the interesting exhibits include colonial currency, very large denomination US bills, and a stack of more than &1 million in $5 dollar bills.
Free shredded money as you go into the exhibit in the lobby. Very informative and interesting display. Some interactive parts to keep the kids interested.
Walking distance to the Mint. If you want to stop at the Mint, bring your Photo ID for entry. The Fed Exhibit was well worth the stop and free as well. (Well we all pay for it of course!).
This is a tour in the first floor lobby of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. You will learn so much about what bankers look for before approving mortgages, etc. We toured on Friday when the tour is free. This is good for children as well as families. You move at your own pace from one display to another. Before... 更多
You stay in the lobby for this short tour. The highlight is a tube full of shredded money, as well as a mocked box of how they ship money from location to location. You are also given a bag of shredded money with roughly $100 within.
It's a small self tour in the lobby. Some interactive things but for older children or adults. They did give us shredded money bags which my 5 year old wanted too put together. If I Ou have 20 minutes to spare go in and see what they have.
There are a few signs to read & some interactive quizzes to play "on line" but really it's a small display in the lobby of a federal office building. Because there is actually millions of dollars on premises security is tight & they are draconian about their no cell phone police. My companion had hers in her hand while searching... 更多
I think they could have made better use of space. The hall is humongous and they only used like 1/3 of the space. I liked the bag of shredded money given. No pictures. It was free to visit. Exhibits were interactive and interesting.
